Try to imagine yoga with slow, gradual stretching, add in some soft lighting, deep-bass music and sensual moves, mix in some gentle meditation and aromatherapy, and you have Sensual Stretch. In this 60 minute class, you will be guided by CeCe, The Sweet Sensation of Burlesque and Guru of Self Love, as you learn how to let go of the everyday stress and sink into your body and mind, allowing yourself room to expand and find that deeper level of stretch and relaxation.
