New York Lindy Exchange 2025 (NYLX) promises an exceptional lineup of engaging workshops and dance experiences. This year’s theme is: Lindy Hop – The Past is Prologue!

It's time to not only celebrate the rich history of Lindy Hop, but also to explore its evolution into various dance styles. This event will delve into the African roots of Lindy Hop while showcasing how these foundational elements have contributed to the development of other dances and movements.

Participants can look forward to sessions led by some of the finest instructors in NYC that will enhance your Lindy Hop skills and musicality. Additionally, expect exciting sessions such as LINDY HOP TO HIP HOP, LINDY AS A FOUNDATION FOR HOUSE DANCE, LINE DANCING, BALBOA FOR LINDY DANCERS, DUNHAM JAZZ, LINDY HOP FAST DANCING, and more!
